Catch Basin, French Drain & Retaining Wall

Challenge

Water moving across the property was carrying soil away. The site needed more than a drain; it needed a system that could collect water, slow it down, stabilize grade, and make the front of the property look better.

Approach

TerraTech combined catch basins with a French drain and retaining wall so runoff could be captured, slowed, detained, and redirected without leaving the erosion problem visible.

Result

Water that previously carried off soil is now managed on site more deliberately. The finished work improves curb appeal while increasing water retention and reducing erosion pressure.
