Dry Creek Access & Cleanup

Challenge

The owner had a section of land that was effectively unusable. Dense growth in and around a dry creek created maintenance problems, encouraged mosquito pressure, limited visibility, and made a valuable part of the property feel disconnected from the rest of the land.

Approach

TerraTech opened controlled access, cleaned up the creek corridor, removed problem growth, and shaped the area so the owner could maintain it. The work preserved the drainage function while making the area navigable and easier to manage.

Result

The owner gained access to a formerly unreachable part of the property. The cleanup improved visibility, reduced nuisance conditions, and made the creek corridor feel like an intentional landscape feature instead of a neglected edge.
